Three Teas, Three Styles
Mi Lan Xiang — Honey Orchid
Medium roast · Honey-like aroma · Full-bodied mouthfeel
Mi Lan Xiang combines a distinctive honey-like fragrance with a rich, substantial mouthfeel. Pronounced returning sweetness develops after swallowing, making it a fitting choice when you want a fuller-bodied cup with a sweet finish.
Song Zhong
Medium roast · Smooth mouthfeel · Returning sweetness
Song Zhong offers a smooth entry followed by sweetness that develops in the mouth after swallowing. Positioned for drinkers ready to explore beyond familiar Dancong favorites, it invites attention to texture and aftertaste. Annual harvest quantities are limited.
Ya Shi Xiang
Light roast · Expressive floral aroma · Refreshing taste
Ya Shi Xiang puts fragrance at the center of the experience, with a high, prominent floral aroma and a refreshing palate. With the recommended gongfu brewing approach, it can be brewed for more than 15 infusions.
Compare or Rotate
For a tasting session, brew each tea separately using the same leaf-to-water ratio and water temperature. Compare the honey-like and floral aromas, notice the difference between a full-bodied and refreshing cup, and pause after swallowing to explore the returning sweetness.
For everyday enjoyment, choose Mi Lan Xiang for its honey-like aroma and substantial body, Song Zhong for its smooth texture and sweet aftertaste, or Ya Shi Xiang for its expressive floral fragrance and refreshing taste.
Gongfu Brewing Guide
Use these starting parameters for each tea:
- Tea: 7 g
- Water: 110 mL
